All-Fiber.
No Copper Limits.
The CSW510 is built for the top of the stack — the central node that aggregation switches connect into. All 24 downlink ports are GbE SFP, accepting single-mode or multi-mode fiber transceivers for clean, interference-free connections to distribution switches across any distance in the building or campus. No copper, no distance constraints, no signal degradation — just clean fiber from core to edge.
The Top of Your Network
The CSW510 sits above the ASW430 distribution layer — aggregating distribution uplinks from across the entire campus into a single high-speed core node.
Hot-Swap
Dual PSU.
A core switch failure brings down every network segment that flows through it. The CSW510 eliminates that risk completely — two fully independent, hot-swappable power modules run in parallel at all times. If one PSU fails, the other carries full load with no packet loss, no reboot, and no intervention. Replace the failed module while the switch keeps operating, restoring redundancy without a maintenance window.
Replace Live, Keep Running
Pull a failed PSU and slide in a replacement — the switch never stops forwarding traffic. No scheduled downtime, no after-hours maintenance window.
4× 10G SFP+
Core Connectivity
Aggregating 24 distribution-switch uplinks demands high-speed core connectivity. Four 10G SFP+ ports provide the upstream bandwidth to connect the CSW510 to a data-centre core, internet gateway, or WAN edge. Bond 10G paths via LACP for redundancy and higher throughput, or use independent paths to different upstream devices for maximum resilience in multi-homed architectures.
Connect to Any Core
SFP+ fiber or DAC cables connect the CSW510 to data-centre core switches, WAN routers, or internet gateways — whatever sits atop your managed infrastructure.
L3 Routing
at the Core
Core-layer routing handles the most traffic-intensive decisions in the network — inter-site routes, uplink path selection, and high-availability failover. The CSW510 supports full L3 routing including static routes, OSPF, and RIP, with the capacity to handle core routing tables without latency. Full 802.1Q VLANs, QoS, LACP, and SNMP v1/v2c/v3 round out the enterprise feature set, managed 24/7 from the EZELINK GCC NOC.
