How fast can you deploy event WiFi in Dubai?
Small activations can be live within days; exhibition-scale networks typically need one to three weeks from survey to full-load testing. The earlier we see the floor plan, the more options you have — but we have rescued shows on short notice.
The venue already has WiFi. Why is that not enough?
House WiFi is built for the venue's average day and shared with everyone in the building. Your event competes with other halls, hotel guests and staff systems, and you have no SLA and no visibility. A dedicated event network gives you your own capacity, your own segments for registration, POS and streaming, and one throat to choke if anything moves.
How many concurrent users can you support?
The design scales to the event — from a few hundred at a launch night to tens of thousands across an exhibition. Capacity is engineered from your expected attendance and device behaviour, then load-tested before doors open, so the number that matters is yours, not a brochure figure.
Can sponsors brand the WiFi?
Yes — that is one of the main reasons organisers bring us in. The captive portal carries the sponsor's creative in English and Arabic, and after the event they get an engagement report: connections, impressions, click-throughs and dwell. It turns connectivity from a cost into sellable inventory.
Do we get attendee data, and is it compliant?
You get aggregate analytics — unique visitors, dwell time, repeat days, zone heatmaps — and opt-in contact data captured with explicit consent at the portal, in line with UAE data protection law. The data generated at your event belongs to you, not to us.
Can you handle outdoor and temporary venues?
Yes. Where there is no infrastructure at all we bring it: temporary fiber where it can be trenched, bonded 4G/5G where it cannot, weatherised access points and generator-safe power design for desert sites, beaches and car parks.
