The Real Problem

Enterprise WiFi Is
Not Internet Access

Most businesses treat WiFi as a commodity. Enterprise environments — hotels, malls, hospitals, campuses — demand infrastructure built for density, roaming and reliability under real-world load. Poor WiFi hits guest satisfaction, staff efficiency, POS and revenue.

Not an IT issue. A business issue.

No capacity planningAPs installed without modelling device density, concurrent users or peak-load scenarios.

No centralised monitoringProblems go undetected until people complain — no live view of what every AP is doing.

Placed by installers, not RF engineersAesthetic placement over signal modelling — leaving dead zones and interference pockets.

Consumer-grade hardwareBudget kit fails silently under load. Enterprise spaces need APs rated for 50–200 clients, not 10.

The EZELINK Approach

Engineering-First.
Outcome-Backed.

We don't just install access points. We design, optimise and operate a wireless environment that performs exactly as your business demands.

RF Site Survey & Heat Mapping

We model your space with spectrum analysis and 3D heat mapping to predict coverage and interference before a cable is run.

High-Density AP Planning

AP placement, channel planning and transmit power calculated per zone — lobbies, conference rooms, corridors and outdoor, separately.

Controller & SSID Architecture

Centralised WLAN controllers, VLAN segmentation and guest/staff/IoT SSIDs configured for security and performance.

Seamless Roaming Configuration

802.11r/k/v protocols tuned so devices roam instantly between APs — critical for voice, video and clinical mobility.

Capacity & Throughput Optimisation

Band steering, airtime fairness and QoS policies ensure high-bandwidth users don't degrade the experience for others.

Centralised Performance Monitoring

Our NOC monitors every AP 24/7 — detecting and resolving signal, capacity and interference events before you notice them.

Questions

Enterprise WiFi
Questions

Straight answers on RF engineering, density and roaming.

What makes WiFi enterprise-grade?
Enterprise WiFi is engineered for density, roaming and reliability under real-world load — access points rated for 50–200 concurrent clients, RF-planned placement, centralised control and 24/7 monitoring. It is infrastructure, not consumer internet access.
Do you carry out an RF site survey?
Yes. Every deployment starts with a spectrum analysis and 3D heat map of your space, so we predict coverage and interference before a single cable is run — no guesswork, no dead zones.
How many devices can one access point handle?
Our enterprise access points are rated for 50–200 concurrent clients per AP, with capacity planned per zone — lobbies, conference rooms, corridors and outdoor areas are each modelled separately.
What is seamless roaming and why does it matter?
Seamless roaming uses 802.11r/k/v protocols so devices switch instantly to the best access point as users move — essential for voice, video and clinical mobility. It requires active tuning, not default settings.
Do you monitor the WiFi after installation?
Yes. Our GCC-based NOC monitors every access point 24/7, detecting and resolving signal, capacity and interference events before users notice them — with UAE-based engineers on-site within the SLA when a physical fix is needed.
Which environments do you design enterprise WiFi for?
Hotels and resorts, corporate offices, retail and malls, healthcare, education, warehouses and logistics, mixed-use developments and outdoor public spaces — each engineered for its own density, mobility and security requirements.
